Some of the tasks we can help with include:

• Responsibility for scoping and implementing special projects and strategic initiatives, including the development and implementation of the strategic plan and long-range strategic initiatives.


• Work in conjunction with C-Level senior management and executives to pursue and achieve tactical or strategic objectives pertaining to the long strategic vision assisting in the execution of work necessary to meet short-term objectives as well.


• Provide Leadership for special projects that require cross-functional engagement with key staff across the organization, and with external stakeholders, as appropriate.


• Provide staff support to the Senior Leadership team for the convening of a range of meetings on projects. This may include undertaking research, tracking trends, preparing presentations; development of meeting agendas; drafting briefing papers and/or compiling pertinent background materials for attendees; preparing summaries of discussion; coordinating logistical arrangements; and ensuring appropriate and effective communications with participants, as needed.


• Proactively identify and engage individual experts, as well as informational resources, that can help frame and advance work on key trends or emerging issues.


• Prepare background materials and develop proposed action strategies in support of project to identify potential issues, trends and emerging roadblocks to success.
